Agreement with DREAMIO LLC

These Terms are an agreement between you and DREAMIO LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates DreamIO. Notices and questions may be sent to support@dreamingio.com.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live.
• Provide accurate account information, including your current age, and protect your sign-in credentials. Age is locked after it is saved; contact support to correct a genuine mistake.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify support if you believe it has been compromised.
• One person may not impersonate another person or organization.

Your dreams and content

You retain ownership of content you create. You give DreamIO a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service according to your privacy choices.

This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and ends when the content is deleted except where a limited copy must remain for backups, safety records, legal compliance, or content previously shared outside DreamIO.

Do not upload dreams, photographs, recordings, artwork, messages, or other material you do not have the right to use. Tagging a person should not reveal private or harmful information about them.

Privacy choices and social features

DreamIO includes public posts, people-you-follow and Close Friends sharing, anonymous posts, comments, likes, saves, direct and group messages, profile discovery, and external sharing. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate audience before sharing.

A recipient may retain or reshare content they were permitted to view. Do not treat a social visibility control as a guarantee that another person cannot capture or repeat what they saw.

For safety, adult accounts and minor accounts cannot communicate through friendships, follows, comments, likes, mentions, direct messages, or group messages. Accounts under 16 cannot access posts identified as sexual or graphically explicit. Attempts to bypass these protections may result in restriction or termination.

Acceptable use

• Do not threaten, harass, exploit, stalk, or promote harm toward another person.
• Do not share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content facilitating exploitation.
• Do not spam, manipulate engagement, evade blocks, access another account, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use anonymous sharing to disguise abuse or unlawful conduct.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected features, overload systems, or use automated access without written permission.

Dream World, AI, and reflective features

Dream World scenes, voice transcription, Dream Reflection, generated character imagery, pattern summaries, zodiac reflections, and similar features may use automated systems and third-party AI providers when you explicitly request them. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unlike what you expected, and you should review it before relying on or sharing it.

DreamIO does not promise that generated scenes, transcriptions, interpretations, or recommendations reproduce a dream exactly. AI features are optional and are not required to keep a private text journal.

Apple Health and sleep information

If you choose to connect Apple Health, DreamIO may read permitted sleep information to provide sleep summaries and dream-related context. Health information is not used for advertising and DreamIO is not a healthcare provider.

Sleep scores, estimated dream timing, energy patterns, and related displays are informational estimates, not medical measurements or diagnoses. Seek qualified professional help for health concerns or emergencies.

Moderation

DreamIO may filter, limit, remove, or preserve content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

A frightening or unusual dream is not automatically a violation. Moderation considers context and distinguishes dream descriptions from direct threats or targeted abuse.

You can report content or accounts and block unwanted contact. DreamIO may review relevant content and account records when reasonably necessary to respond to reports, protect users, or meet legal obligations.

Intellectual property and notices

DreamIO’s name, software, visual design, logos, and original service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of DreamIO’s technology or branding.

If you believe content on DreamIO infringes your rights, contact DreamIO Support with enough information to identify the work, the challenged content, your contact details, and the basis for your request.

Service availability

DreamIO may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. We work to protect saved memories but recommend keeping a separate copy of anything irreplaceable. The service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

No professional advice

Dream prompts, patterns, mood summaries, and zodiac reflections are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice and should not be used for diagnosis or emergency decisions.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamIO is provided as available without warranties that every feature, sync, notification, transcription, generated scene, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamIO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using DreamIO or delete your account inside the app. DreamIO may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership, safety records, and legal limitations, remain effective.

Changes to these Terms

DreamIO may update these Terms as the service changes. The current date appears on this page. When a change is material, DreamIO may provide an in-app notice and ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing.
