Get help with your account, privacy, safety, accessibility, reminders, or a dream that did not save correctly.

Account and privacy
You can change your email, reset your password, sign out of all devices, or delete your account from Profile → Settings. Contact support if you cannot access those controls.
Safety reports
Report a shared dream from its three-dot menu and block an account from Manage Circle. For urgent follow-up, email support with the reporting account’s username and approximate time.
Response targets
- Imminent safety and exploitation reports are prioritized immediately.
- Harassment and exposed personal information: review begins within 24 hours.
- Spam and general support: review begins within 72 hours.
Not an emergency service
Dream IO is not continuously monitored and cannot provide emergency help. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
